Poor Greg! And Sherlock was really being

nice here, for Sherlock!
I didn't know you could leak cerebrospinal fluid from your nose. I'll keep that on my hard drive.
I really don't understand how Sherlock can fail to notice that John is gone. That's one bit of show canon I never quite got my head around.
Fun story, but I still feel bad for Greg!
