Oh, this is excellent. Your Sherlock voice is great, especially in his approach to things--the thing about characters and actors and films is so obviously true when you think about it but I've never seen anyone else write that. The observation that all Sherlock's emotions come out as anger or annoyance is also brilliantly true. I also love Toby--it's perfectly obvious you are familiar with the behavior of cats--and Sherlock's reactions to him are hilarious.

Molly is wonderfully capable while still being lovely clumsy-with-words Molly. The really crushing sadness of this situation comes across so well.
