OMG, please can you do Sherlock being seriously injured in some way (something extreme like being shot or something like that, where he is in danger of dying unless somebody helps him) and John or Lestrade or Mycroft (or all three!) take care of him until help arrives? But, like, the injury isn't Sherlock's fault or the result of his carelessness or anything.
