I love the idea of Q being a full brother and M being Mummy! Awesome!
Hmm. I never thought about the amount of angst Q might be feeling from having a role in M's death. But surely he'd feel guilt-ridden regardless of whether or not M was actually Mummy or a stepmother or the head of M16?
Just brainstorming here, but maybe a way to lessen the guilt might be that someone else (Mycroft perhaps? Or someone evil?) misled Q/sabotaged the system/gave him the orders to place the trail of markers to M?
Or just have Mummy not actually die from her wounds. :)
