Molly Hooper

10. Some of their emotional shortcomings?

Molly is very needy in some respects. She needs a lot of reassurance, sometimes repeatedly, before she'll believe anything good about herself, and one wrong comment sends the whole house of cards crumbling down again. She's neurotic, and worries quietly, until the problems become out of proportion to the situation, and are much harder to deal with than if she'd addressed them sooner. She doesn't consider herself worthy of respect, and so only occasionally has the courage to demand it. However, she does it magnificently when she does.

15. How might they be ignorant or prejudiced?

In general, Molly is a very tolerant person. In her profession, she meets all sorts of people (granted, they're often dead, but that doesn't make them any less of a person), and jumping to conclusions or being prejudiced just isn't good practice. Her prejudices mostly are through casual stereotyping, such as East Asians being good at Math or homosexual men being fashion savvy or Polish people being builders. Because she works a lot of night shifts, she does also have a wariness of men on the street at night, with a little extra emphasis on Afro-Caribbean men. She's aware that this is unfair, but she's been drilled very heavily on personal safety.

17. When would they be too judgmental of someone or something?

She has tendency to view woman who are more sexually comfortable than her as 'loose' and would definitely consider someone with multiple sexual partners concurrently to be a 'skank' or 'manwhore'. This probably stems from her own insecurities of appearing too desperate and being uncomfortable with dressing feminine for fear of it not being very feminist of her.

Merlin I-Don't-Think-He-Has-A-Last-Name

3. Name one or more of their bad habits.

Sticking his nose in where it doesn't belong, jumping to conclusions, not listening to dragons when they give reasonable advice, not listening to Gaius when he gives reasonable advice, dropping branches on people's heads. Also, according to Arthur, he spends far too much time in the tavern. And he bites his nails.

11. What are their intellectual shortcomings?

Basically everything, the man is an idiot. Merlin has trouble with details. He sees only the long run and the big picture, and misses the steps in between. He's also not terribly creative, he tends to rely on the same old tricks that have worked (or haven't worked) before. He was not raised to be bright, he was raised to work hard, and he has all the educational gaps that a peasant might have. Which means he can wash clothes and cook, but is sort of rubbish at complex math, though he reads very well. Mostly because Hunith made sure he could.

20. What is a self-inflicted misery of theirs? (i.e. something they perpetuate themselves)

Keeping his magic a secret. Granted, it's to save his life, but in doing so, he alienates people or makes them think he's an idiot. Revealing to Morgana he had magic might have kept her from going over the edge, if she thought she had an ally in him. He also takes on more responsibility than is probably necessary in terms of keeping people alive and safe, though to be fair, he does have a dragon yelling at him about it all the time.
