I already knew that Howard was a disaster of a parent, so no surprises there, but it's not entirely his fault: events conspire, and Tony expects Howard to read between the lines a lot more than he does. He mistakes Howard's lack of omniscience for not caring, as, I find, offspring are wont to do. ("If you cared, you'd know!" "If you cared, you'd have remembered!" No, actually.)

I love Jarvis. Two Starks—he has his hands full! He's more perceptive about Tony than Howard, which is a little sad but believable.

The daemons fit their people very well.
