This in a nutshell may explain why Jarvis and Anna had a happy marriage whereas Howard did not.

I did these questions for Howard and Maria for development purposes, and the contrast between the two was very interesting. I feel like Anna and Jarvis spend a lot of time communicating with one another and checking in on one another, and whereas Howard's inability to communicate results in a lot of him getting miffed that Maria doesn't know about the thing that he didn't tell her about.

Speaking of communication, how much do you think Anna knew about what Jarvis was doing with Peggy? I know he was lying at least some of the time, as he mentions that, but when it was over and it was safe to talk about it, do you think he came clean? I just need to know if Anna should know about Peggy or be surprised that Jarvis was with her when he was hurt in this fic I'm writing.


This made me LOL. I can even hear Jarvis explaining it like, "Well, you are the nearest we have to a child in attendance."

"Hey! Yeah, fine, that's fair."

I bet when Tony was old enough to do the questions, Howard was ever so slightly bummed out that he didn't get to be the child any more.
