I hope it was a good low-key and not a bad one. Sometimes it's nice to have a quiet time. We were able to see fireworks from our living room window, but I've hated fireworks since I was a baby. I don't like loud noises or surprises. :D They're fine from a distance, but I'd never want to go to a show to see them. It might be better now that I'm older. I used to be afraid of thunderstorms, too, and I'm okay with them now.

Ascii, on the other hand, still hates both.
