I loved that Nine met Ray when Ray was a kid. I loved the banter between Ray and Fraser because SO IN CHARACTER. And I loved the detail of Ray having a momentary panic when the Doctor called him by his real name. It's so typical that the Doctor's got a world ending artifact lying around and it just slips his mind. And how awesome is it that Ray chooses to remember. So wonderful all around!
