Because of my opinion that Carole Ann Ford looks like David Tennant in the nose and eye area, I am of the opinion that this incarnation of the Doctor is the father of whichever parent she's the daughter of. My pet theory is that she's born now and the Doctor takes her back to the First Doctor to be looked after, because he's seen that's what's supposed to happen. Timey-wimy stuff.
