Don't feel bad, most people around here don't know what they are either. They're French-Canadian things from my mum's side of the family. Tourtière is a meat pie, sort of like a meatloaf in a pie, a little. But not as loafy. Pets de Souers are sort of like cinnamon buns but using left over pie crust instead of dough and brown sugar instead of cinnamon. The name translates to Nun's Farts.
