I don't know if this gets addressed in the new Cap movie, but I wonder if Steve ever uses completely the wrong word for something, like something that was acceptable in his day but is totally offensive now. And he doesn't even realize he's used, like, a racist slur or something, except everyone is staring at him in horror. And then he's horrified, because he totally did not know we don't say that any more. And he's the only person in the world who can legitimately use the 'but that's what we said back then!' excuse, and you don't side-eye him about it, because fair enough, you did miss the last 70 years of history.
Also, I want to write a story about Steve knitting, because I bet he learned to knit before the serum to help the war effort out because he couldn't fight, but he could knit socks for the soldiers.
