Did this not long ago, but what the heck?
Stolen from tumblr (and edited slightly), because headcanon memes are my fave.

What they smell like: The hospital is scent-free, but when she's going out she wears a perfume with vanilla and cocoa notes, and her shampoo smells like coconut.
How they sleep: Very restlessly. She moves around a lot, and wiggles. She also takes a while to fall asleep, but is also very hard to wake up once she's gone.
What music they enjoy: Molly is all about 90s girl band music. Spice Girls, Girls Aloud, the Sugar Babes, all of that.
How much time they spend getting ready every morning: About half an hour, mostly because she likes to do things with her hair and she sometimes decides she doesn't like it and starts over again.
Their favourite thing to collect: She cannot resist any sort of cute little figurine, especially if it's a cat.

A weird/obscure fear they have: Being locked or trapped in some way in an autopsy drawer
A secret skill: Can French braid her own hair without getting confused.

What they smell like: Pears and baby powder
How they sleep: on the left side of the bed, hopefully with John's death grip around her, hopefully without a call from Sherlock or Abby having a crisis
What music they enjoy: Sarah prefers talking on the radio to music, but she's happy to listen to John's Motown music, too
How much time they spend getting ready every morning: Ten to fifteen minutes, excluding Abby time
Their favourite thing to collect: Nail polish. It might be a problem.
Their family: I have not given them names yet, but mum, dad, step-mum, step-dad, two older brothers. All of them, minus steps, are doctors of varying specialities.
A weird/obscure fear they have: Being unable to see her feet while she's walking, like while carrying things. The last few months of pregnancy were a bit tricky.
A secret skill: can make Sherlock Holmes eat food.

What they smell like: very floral, in a way that's not very noticeable
How they sleep: she's gotten into bad habits from raising her boys, and goes to bed quite late and wakes up early. She sleeps with many pillows, in the center of the bed, on her stomach.
What music they enjoy: classical music, usually provided by herself
How much time they spend getting ready every morning: Twenty minutes, longer if she's decided to have a bath, less if she's decided not to get dressed today.
Their favourite thing to collect: Really unusual souvenirs from the places she's visited, untouristy, less obvious choices.

What they smell like: very clean; very soapy, and the same aftershave he's always used, because that's the one his father gave him and he's never found a reason to change it. It has varying notes, but the oakmoss is the one that lingers.
How they sleep: Very rarely, but when he does, he collapses in a heap on the bed and snores. He's also taught himself to lucid dream, so he can keep working on problems while he's asleep.
What music they enjoy: Most music, really, with the exception of manufactured pop music. He has a huge range of CDs from various cases over the years. He never listens to them except for when he needs to drown out his thoughts, whereupon he cranks them up so loudly in his bedroom that John can hear it perfectly upstairs.
How much time they spend getting ready every morning: It varies, depending on how anxious he is to get out of the house, where he's going, and if he's bothering to get dressed. He likes to keep clean, so he always showers even just to put his pyjamas back on. If he needs to look good, it takes about half an hour to shower, shave, and get his hair to lie down.
Their favourite thing to collect: He has a collection of bottle caps inherited from his father.
Their family: (not sure which verse you want, so delete Q if necessary)
Edward 'Siger' Holmes (father, deceased, former code breaker for GSHQ)
Metrodora Violet Holmes (mother, homemaker, hobbyist, and world traveller)
Mycroft [Some Middle Name that Sherlock never stored] Holmes (older brother, professional pain-in-the-arse, thinks he runs the country)
Trevelyan Sherrinford [? he thinks that's right, maybe that's Mycroft's middle name; one of them is Sherrinford, anyway] Holmes (younger brother, some sort of government drone, seems to think his name is 'Q')
A weird/obscure fear they have: Sherlock has no genuine fears, merely strong dislikes, which include: being trapped in conversations he can't find a way out of, being bored, having people touch his back between his shoulder blades, and people moving his things so he can't find them easily.
A secret skill: He can blow smoke rings.
