More Set Pics (Now with 100% more Celebrities)
My brother sent me some photos that he took yesterday, where Crimson Peak (or 'Haunted Peak', as the director's chairs say) was filming outside his office building.
Background as explained to me by my brother yesterday:
Mia Wasikowka is the woman in the yellow dress. Apparently all she did, for four hours, was run across the street. They built this whole set for her to run across the street. The little tent set up is for Guillermo del Toro, who is in there, but hard to see.
Thus concludes my adventures. I'm very sorry for the squee, but you have to understand that we live in a very small town, and nothing exciting ever happens here. This is the biggest thing I can ever remember happening. It's very cool.

And what a thing to happen! This sounds super cool. I wanted to see this film regardless but now I really want to see it.

I'm guessing it's not a movie I will see, but I hope someone will eventually send me some screencaps so I can see it all with the grading and post-production on it. I don't know what they shot at the market, but it's a shit-load of work for the amount of screen time it will probably get. I'm glad they filmed yesterday, too, today it rained, hailed and snowed, and the dirt they put down has turned to mud. Not a pleasant thing to deal with.
