Well that was awesome.



- Some really great acting here for everyone, especially Bradley and Angel. The banishment scene was beautifully acted and written. We get a very mature Arthur, who's trying to understand and not just attack and I really liked the moment where he lost it and then collected himself. And I've never rated Angel Coulby's acting very highly but her just total devastation and almost exhaustion was heart-breaking.
- Also kudos to Morgana for coming up with a plan that almost makes sense.
- I'm impressed with how they've managed to do the Lancelot/Guinevere plotline in the most kid friendly way possible. They were both not cheating by choice and Gwen isn't married yet, which makes it slightly better.
- But poor Lancelot. He must be so pissed in the afterlife.
- Next week Tristan and Isolde? I think? Space has me all confuzzled with it's airing order.

I think your order is off. Have you seen the episode focused around Eylan yet? (Elyan? I can never remember how to spell it)

Gah, this episode. Poor Lancelot. And poor, poor Merlin, having to say goodbye to yet another friend like that.

As an aside, how HUGE did Percival look in full armour? OMG. Merlin's not small by any means but he looked TINY next to Percival.

It's not my order that's off, the channel that shows it here in Canada accidentally showed Ep. 10 last week instead of Ep.9, so they showed Ep. 9 this week instead of Ep. 10. Ep. 10 thoughts are here (http://awanderingbard.livejournal.com/129857.html#cutid1).

Not only having to say goodbye to another friend, but say goodbye to the same friend twice. That's major ouch. Poor Merlin. I'm glad Lancelot got a moment as himself before he went, though.

I think everyone looks tiny next to Percival. I'm surprised he even needed a horse to catch that ring. He could have just run at himself. Or let someone else ride on his shoulders.

Where was Gwaine, though? There were a few brief shots of Elyan and Leon (who needs to trim his beard), but I didn't see Gwaine at all, even in the background.

Yes, I was very glad there was that moment of Lancelot's clarity- it made it a bit more bearable. But still *sniffles*

Gwaine was at the 'Welcome Lancelot home" dinner I think, but yeah, not it in a lot other than that. Which is weird, but oh well.
