Stolen from my girl
_medley_:
Ask me what happens after the end of one of my stories. I may have more than one answer depending on the story (and the question). Or tell me your own theories--really, I'd love to hear!

He also has a nasty habit of always being where Mal is going to step and then squeaking pitifully when Mal accidentally steps on him. Mal always gets in trouble for this from the girls, of course, even though it isn't his fault. He also went on a rampage through the medlab. Simon always remembered to keep the door shut after that. :D

Date: 2007-10-11 03:23 am (UTC)One thing that I wanted to include in the story was Morgan's reasons for being so interested in Graylin. I couldn't find a place for it, though, and I considered doing a companion piece but Morgan doesn't need to explain his motivations to Harry, you know? He wouldn't feel he needed to justify himself. In short - when Tamsin first came to Chicago, she was very emotional, naturally, and caused a few accidents of a magical nature. Morgan had to pick up the pieces a few times and sort of took it upon himself to make sure she got through alright. Not doting, of course, but casually keeping an eye on her until Graylin was born. That's the reason he was so keen on getting to Graylin after Tamsin's death - he felt guilty he wasn't there to protect her and wanted to compensate by protecting Graylin.

My Scotties do that, actually. Especially Puzzle. She seems to have been cursed by the gods to be eternally hungry and is always right at your feet when you're in the kitchen. Then, since she is a princess, she is very upset when you have the audacity to step on her.
