Yay, more Molly! And Prince Charming! :) These coffee shop meetings are the kind of thing that always happens in the movies and never in real life (*sob*), but considering Molly's abysmal experiences with men so far, I don't begrudge her a little bit of Hollywood. In fact, I would rather like to see this happen on Season 3!
As you know, I'm a big fan of your Sherlock-Molly interactions and they were really great once more! His dating advice was hilarious. At the bottom of his heart, he's just a good friend, even if he likes to conceal it beneath layers of selfishness and eccentricity:
“You're always much more efficient when you're in love. Get me the acetone.” “If you stopped settling for mediocrity, you would be far more efficient,” Sherlock said. “I suggest you try demanding the best. We'll get more things accomplished.”
I like it how Molly takes Sherlock as some sort chemical indicator to determine the inner values of potential boyfriends:
But a man who could face down Sherlock and live, that was a very right man.
Really nice! Do you have any other "What I'd like to see happen in Series 3"-stories in store? Thanks for writing and sharing!
