A ranty sort of post

We haven't been allowed to use the water in our area since yesterday, and will likely not be able to use it until Saturday morning at the earliest. Some sort of leak in the water reservoir. No baths, no dish washing, no laundry. Our kitchen looks like one big mountain of dishes, and I ate my cereal this morning with a spork, and buttered my toast with a fork.

I feel like there's a fic in here somewhere.

Oh well, it could be much worse. We've got our bottles of water and I learned how to make wet dry shampoo for Mum. I am handy!

Also, we quite enjoyed the Sound of Music Live! tonight, even if Carrie Underwood can't act and poor Stephen Moyer was trying so hard to have chemistry with her. I want more live musicals! Definitely bring those back, TV stations. I approve of this.
