Adorable!!! I love love love Sherlock with Abby. And now he includes her in the family umbrella, “to be protected and loved by him,” squee! It’s really delightful how Abby’s personality is starting to come out more now that she’s older—that perfectionism streak when she’s tired, her generally cheerful and gung-ho demeanor, her determination to be useful, her taste in clothing (her goggles, aww)...
Sarah usually rang on her lunch break, and John left the children at the table to answer the phone.

And of course the real question with this story is...who was stuck with the washing up? :) Either way, it was well worth it to entertain Abby for the day and help to narrow down a suspects list. Lovely!!!
