I can really imagine Sherlock coming to like a small person who likes him.

He's actually surprising me a little, but he's very enthusiastic about teaching her things. I think it must be nice for him to be able to be passionate and not have the person listening go, 'uh-huh...'

They really still need naps but won't take them!

I distinctly remember refusing naps. I hated naps. I only went to kingergarten in the afternoons, so we didn't have naptime at school, but I imagine I would have been livid to have to lie down.

Sarah is awfully understanding. And John presumably does all the cleanup.

Sarah considers herself 'resigned', not understanding. And, oh yes, John is totally on washing up duty. He let it happen, he has to clean it up.
