The obvious answer is the X-Men considering Charles could make them all sit down and take a nap with his mind and Erik would very easily put Iron Man out of commission.
Aww, I'm picturing the Hulk all curled up in a ball asleep with his thumb in his mouth, having happy dreams about smashing things.
Perhaps Mjolnir would just fly around and knock everyone out since no one can stop it.
The trick perhaps would be to throw it right away, and knock Charles out with it, since Erik wouldn't be able to stop it. Then, of course, you haven't deal with the fact that there are 50,000 X-men who all do different things, which would be a lot of people to stop, and you'd have to suss out who does what and how to make them not do it any more.
