I love these little daemon-to-daemon moments, how everyone’s souls interact with each other, how comfortable they are touching. So sweet.
One of the things I find fun and challenging with daemons is how much they make physical contact. My general rule is that they would do it more than their humans would, so for Molly who likes to hug, Duinn is super in your force, but for the Holmes Brothers, who would only touch to maybe help the other one up if they fell down, their daemons only bump into each other or give a brief pat on the head.
I tend to rewrite interaction sections several times before I'm happy with how much contact there is or isn't.
I’m glad Molly got to give both John and Sherlock some encouragement and let them know progress has been made. It must be hard to tell when they’re in the midst of it.
It's always good to have someone around to tell you how far along you've come. It can be very defeating when you're taking such baby steps, I know from experience with illness and injury.
