Dora is a stay-at-home mum, essentially. She keeps herself busy by picking up hobbies, playing music, painting, and travelling. She spends a large part of her year travelling the world, and summers in France, and she knits and reads books and sculpts and teaches herself new skills and takes classes and probably volunteers for charity things to keep herself busy. When Siger was alive, he only came home on the weekends, so she just sort of entertained herself and did her own thing during the week, if the boys were away at school.
