how much do you think Anna knew about what Jarvis was doing with Peggy? I know he was lying at least some of the time, as he mentions that, but when it was over and it was safe to talk about it, do you think he came clean?
In my mind, he did. Especially after it was all over. Although my own personal headcanon for this is that Jarvis tells Anna after an adventure with Peggy makes it sort of impossible for him to hide it from her. He panicked a bit and then a lot and then just went with honesty because it's Anna.
