Fennec's are hyper as hell. I've seen some videos of them as pets, and they will run laps around the house when they get wound up. They also have a way of investigating they're surroundings where they're sort of like 'hey what's-DANGER! No, it's fine, it's fine' that reminded me of Ray. But mostly, I could just see CKR talking to a Fennec fox.
I wonder how the episode where New Ray comes in and Fraser is trying to prove it's not him would go down with daemons.
Fraser: {Vecchio's Daemon's Name} was a {animal} when I left, wasn't she? Tan: She most certainly was, Ben. And Ray was a well-dressed man of Italian descent and a receding hairline when you left, wasn't he? Fraser: He most certainly was, Tan. Tan: No one seems to have noticed that both those things have changed. Fraser: Something is afoot. *Mountie hat activate* I should investigate.
