Yeah, I was kind of surprised that I liked their chemistry.
Me, too. There were moments when I went 'aww, that's sweet' and then was like 'but they are bad people!', but then went 'but look, he found her a waste disposal facility because he believes in her, that's really nice'. But bad!
It's complicated. So wonderfully complicated.
I've liked the shades we've seen on most characters this season. They've done a good job with Thompson, too. Every time I feel like he's not so bad, he does something to change my mind, and then does something to make me question whether he means well again, or at least doesn't have a point.
Tony: Wait, was that me? JJ: It's game you. Tony: Oh, for a second I thought you were playing a voicemail I left you.

Five minutes later:
Tony: I have to wait?! I have to wait for this? But...what happens next? Five hours. I'm not waiting five hours. How do I make it go faster? JJ: You can use gem shards, but they cost real money to-- Tony: 139.99 for 2000? That sounds reasonable. *buys four packs* JJ: Can I have my tablet back? Tony: No. I'll buy you a new tablet.
