Okay, so I did have notifications on, but my e-mail address wasn't working or something, I don't know. I'm so sorry for ignoring these comments! It was not on purpose, I swear!

I haven't tried plain milk yet, but it might work. The cream is replacing the fat that the butter would normally put into the recipe, so you'd have to experiment.


I think cream gets measured differently in each country in the world. There's an Austrailian cooking show that I watch on youtube and she uses terms I've never heard of for cream she uses. It looks like in the States it might be 'single cream' or 'light cream'?
