I'm glad you don't have much longer to go with the stent. That sounds miserable.

It hasn't been pleasant, indeed, but something seemed to shift tonight and I feel a little better. I wonder if there might be a stone fragment that can't get by the stent that's making me hurt. Either that or I was leading up to a migraine and just generally not coping well because of the prodrome. I don't often get an actual headache with migraines so I forget that this is what having a migraine feels like until my mom goes 'do you think you might be having a migraine'? and I go 'oh, yeah, that is probably a thing that is happening'.

I hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving! Ours is in late November.

Thank you! We're going to my brother's tomorrow. I think you guys celebrate on a Thursday, but we do ours on a Monday in Canada. I always think you guys do yours at a weird time. You're only a month from Christmas, that's a lot of big family get-togethers in a short space of time.

We did have some pumpkin pie tonight, though, so that was nice.

At Progeny's urging, we've gone vegetarian; it was supposed to be for a month, but the month ended over a month ago. So I don't know what we're doing.

I remember finding some recipes for a story once for a fictional vegetarian who was coming to Christmas dinner. I think the BBC website has some good-sounding ones. I have so many food allergies that deciding what to do for any dinner is a hassle. I usually bring my own food if I'm going anywhere.
