I have seen probably every screen adaptation of most of the Austen oeuvre, and I recently starting reading the books. I tried when I was a lot younger and was too young to handle all the text which put me off for a while. But I got a gorgeous edition of Emma for my birthday, so I decided to give it a shot again.
