Stolen from [livejournal.com profile] featherjean:

Name a character and I will tell you:
1) The most interesting canon fact about them
2) Something from my personal canon about them

All my writing fandoms are open for this, as well as my watching fandoms (House, Stargate, CSI:NY, NCIS, etc.). Also, if you would prefer to do an original character, I'll give you two facts from my personal canon. As always, feel free to request more than one character.

TEN
1. My favourite Ten moment is when he sees Sarah Jane again for the first time, and he gives that wonderful, delighted smile that really lets you know this someone he cares about, even if it might seem otherwise. Ten loves Sarah Jane.

2. Because of my opinion that Carole Ann Ford looks like David Tennant in the nose and eye area, I am of the opinion that this incarnation of the Doctor is the father of whichever parent she's the daughter of. My pet theory is that she's born now and the Doctor takes her back to the First Doctor to be looked after, because he's seen that's what's supposed to happen. Timey-wimy stuff.

1. That is an awesome moment, YES.

2. ...I love your brain. Lots.

DONNA
1. Has no romantic interest in the Doctor. That's my favourite thing about her. She's not a piner!

2. Has always struck me as being a big reader. She's very familiar with Agatha Christie and I can see her reading really trashy romance novels, too. May not read the newspaper, but I'll bet she reads the tabloids. :-)

I'm not familiar enough with Susan, but I'll give you both Murphys.

KARRIN MURPHY
1. She has black belt. That's cool.
2. She wasn't afraid of the dark until she met Harry. Now she sleeps with a night light.

CONNIE MURPHY
1. She has a daughter named Anna. That's an area I love to explore, as you probably know. :-)
2. In my personal canon, Murphy found out she was pregnant around the time her marriage was starting to disintegrate. They hung on until Anna was born, but divorced not too long after that when they couldn't make it work.

MIRANDA
1. She's about 10 years younger than Harry. I've always thought, with his angst, he needed someone young and peppy to help cheer him up.
2. When Harry soulgazes her, he sees/hears her life in music.

TONY
1. He's fluent in Spanish. Though apparently not French, since he gives Jeanne's name a different pronunciation each time he says it.
2. His mother is who he gets his love of movies from. She was borderline bipolar, and when she was in her down phase, she'd hang out in her room and watch movies all day. Tony would come in and watch them with her. (I'm basing this on what we know of his mother's behaviour, which seems to lean a little past 'eccentric' and more into 'somewhat insane', though I freely admit my DiNozzo canon is patchy.)

MAL
1. Miranda died when he was around 6 months old and he has no memory of her. Because of this, Murphy plays a very motherly role in his life. He and she are a bit closer than Murphy and Fay (who's more of a Daddy's girl).
2. His first word was Dada, his second was Bob.

oooh, I love this.

And, yeah, Tony's mom's definitely a bit past the eccentric phase. I like the idea that he got his love of movies from her!

So much yes to both of those! I adore that she very clearly loves the Doctor (and he loves her) without either of them being in love.

BOB
1. That he sings 16th century showtunes. I love that.
2. Was one of the witnesses present when Harry and Mira eloped. Harry kept his skull in his backpack. He was also present at Mira's funeral, where his skull was hidden in a flower arrangement.

FAY
1. Was born in late February, several weeks early. She was only 4 lbs and a bit. She didn't have any health complications, but she'll always be quite short.
2. Her favourite story to be told is Cinderella, though, in Harry's version, the faerie godmother is not a faerie, merely a witch, so as not to encourage the notion that faeries are helpful people.
