"Do raccoon have eyebrows?" might be the weirdest thing I've ever typed into Google...

The answer is, yes, they do, by the way. Sort of. Whether my daemon!raccoon should be able to raise hers in criticism or not might have to be a bit of artistic license, though.

I've also managed to spell raccoon wrong each time I typed it, and each time I spelled it wrong in a different fashion.

I'm an awesome writer.

This actually feels really important to know. Thanks for passing along the info!

No problem. They have white fur that look like eyebrows, but I don't know if they technically function in the same fashion. It's one of those things I didn't even think about until I was reading through the fic and went 'wait, can Dejeni even raise her eyebrows to be snarky?'. I've decided she can, because the power of being a Stark has granted her sass powers.

I agree. It's like how I imagine Shess being able to roll her eyes even though I don't know if bears can do that.

I imagine spending all your time around humans might give you different abilities than your non-daemon counterparts. I usually try to watch animal videos to pick up mannerisms the daemons might have, but then I try to add the mannerisms of the human they belong to as well.

Here's Sid solving a case about a snowman (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/picturegalleries/picturesoftheday/11341678/Pictures-of-the-day-13-January-2015.html?frame=3163298) by the way.

That second photo is amazingly cute.

I have this headcanon that while Sherlock picks locks while thinking, Sid cracks open walnuts, after testing to see which ones are the good ones. Sherlock always offers the bowl of nuts to whoever is around.

"I've solved the case!" *throws down a bowl of nuts* "Feel free to partake while I explain."

Aww! That is adorable and perfect headcanon. I can totally picture Sherlock's little bow of invitation over the bowl before he commences expositioning.

I saw this:

And immediately thought of Baby!Stark's daemon hanging out with Aunt Nemi.

Baby pandas!!!

Oh man. That little bed the soldier made for his squirrel is pretty wonderful. That photo with the cat is totally Sherlock's mother's daemon trying to get a photo of Sid and Sherlock's cousin's daemon but Sid is all, "Shh. I'm busy" and refuses to pose.

I think Bruce would be really nervous around a baby, but Nemi would be a little more confident about it. And Steve is one of those people who just picks up s baby and it stops crying and goes to sleep in his arms while the daemon conks out on Issie's back.

Tony: I hate you.
Mim: Shut up and make him move in!

I love how chill the squirrel is. I doubt squirrels sleep on their backs in the wild, but that one is totally secure in its surroundings.
