Agent Carter Daemon Portraits

I like to mess about with graphics, and one of the skills I've been teaching myself is photo-manipulation. One of my favourite ways to practice it is to do daemon portraits, and I've done the the Agent Carter characters and their daemons. I thought I might share.

Dejeni, Hannah, and Takeo were created by joonscribble, who is kind enough to let me throw random pictures at her all the time.

Credits for the images are below the table. You can click and they get bigger. One day photobucket is going to fix their link back to albums bug, but today is not that day.

I tried to go for a comic book and/or 1940's ad look to the postwork.

Whee! It's great to see them all in one large gallery! You really select the best animal pics. I love how Dejeni and Howard's hands are in similar positions.

Thanks! I was lucky this time around in that there were good animal pics from free resources, so I could share them properly. I have fun coming up with what the portraits might be for. Like, I think Angie and Ziv are in an ad. Something like 'in my diner, we only serve PERK'S FRESH ROAST COLOMBIAN COFEEE (tm), because it's the freshest, most richly flavored coffee there is'. And Howard and Dejeni are probably doing a magazine shoot.

I feel like I'm getting better as time goes on, and I kinda want to go back and redo some of the older ones.

I was very pleased to find a disgruntled Welshie. Jarvis and Haddie have so many better things they could be doing than posing for this photo.

That raccoon is indeed very photogenic. It also looks slightly puzzled/concerned. I imagine this is Dejeni wondering if she and Tomor are about to have a fight.

Huzzah for the British actor mafia! Also huzzah for knowing how much of a height difference there is. Molly standing on tip-toe every time they kiss is now canon.

Or when she and Tomor have had a fight and she's coming to see if she can make it up.

Because I'm picturing some sort of game of hide and seek with daemons and this is the human parent finding the baby!daemon while the human child just giggles from behind a nearby curtain.

Also whenever (http://fuckyeahcuteanimalss.tumblr.com/post/115352867916) I see an indifferent dog, I now picture Haddie trying to look dignified in the wake of some scene. Maybe one of Mr Stark's lady friend's daemons has had a bit too much too drink.

I love them all! I'm very impressed that you managed to get the humans together with the daemons in each. Jarvis and Haddie strike me as looking very similar in a way I can't quite put my finger on.

Thank you! I had a challenge this time around because so many of the daemons were larger, which are harder to do than with smaller, shoulder-type daemons. I needed pictures with legs, which thankfully were available to me. The hardest one was Dooley, as I had to remove the desk he was sitting on and draw a cube for Raisa to sit on. Well, I didn't have to. I chose to, because I like teaching myself things.

Jarvis and Haddie strike me as looking very similar in a way I can't quite put my finger on.

Is it the judgmental stares? I think it's the judgmental stares. Neither of them are very impressed with being in this portrait, and both of them are questioning your life choices.

Haddie's got a bit of a smile, though, which I like, because she's sort of a mischievous daemon. Jarvis is always telling her not to be so silly.
