Man, finding gifts that a family of geniuses might exchange is harder than I thought. You'd think they'd be easier, considering they have very specific interests, but then you remember they probably own most things associated with them, or built them. Or invented them.

And you can't go sentimental at all.

No wonder Christmas dinners are so awkward.

Fhew, finally got it all sorted out, after hours of searching. I seriously have never worked this hard finding things for a character, except maybe picking an engagement ring for Sarah. At least in this case my work will show, rather than just be headcanon.

And of course what would make Mummy happiest might just be seeing all her sons be happy.

Yes, this is very true! I'm sure she's very glad when her boys get together and she can be motherly in one place. I imagine she does a lot of individual parenting, considering how antisocial they all are.

Now to finish off this beast of a story, and make it look nice. It got very, very long on me.
